Can you promise I’ll get pregnant?
No, and nobody honest can. What I can promise is that you’ll stop guessing, you’ll understand your body, and you’ll have a real plan and real support.
Do you replace my doctor?
No. I’m a coach, not a medical doctor. I work alongside your doctor or fertility specialist, and I’ll always tell you when something belongs with them.
What if I’ve already tried everything?
That’s exactly who I work with. Most of the women I coach have supplements in the cupboard, normal labs and a lot of tracking behind them. What they haven’t had is a plan built around their own body.
