How long is the program?
Four months. We start with a kickoff call, then meet every two weeks, with DM support in between.
What happens on the kickoff call?
I review all of your documents, like labs, cycle charts and your supplement list, and we build your personalized plan for whatever is out of balance. That plan is what we work from for the next four months.
How does the DM support work?
You message me inside my app whenever something comes up, and I get back to you. No waiting two weeks to ask a question that’s keeping you up at night.
