SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your use of and subscription to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Sophie Byfield (14067207 Canada Inc.), also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms and Conditions.

1. Program description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us. These may include reminders, educational content, promotions, community updates, and other information related to our services.

Text messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing our services.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency will vary, but you can expect no more than 6 messages per week.

3. Opt-out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send “STOP,” you may receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive additional SMS unless you opt in again.

5. Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile carrier and are outside of our control.

6. Delivery of messages

Delivery of SMS messages may be limited or unavailable based on your mobile carrier’s network coverage and availability. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to SMS Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our SMS program or these SMS Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

9. Governing law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the venue and jurisdiction described in our Terms and Conditions.
