Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of fertilitycoachsophie.com, the Fertility Coach Sophie app, and any coaching, course, audit, program or digital product sold by Sophie Byfield (14067207 Canada Inc.) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We offer fertility coaching, group and community programs, one-on-one coaching, digital courses, audits, and related resources. Descriptions on each sales page form part of the offer you buy. Session times, community access and program details may change, and we will tell you before any change affects a program you have already bought.

2. Not medical advice and no guarantee of pregnancy

Our content is for education and support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your doctor, midwife, fertility specialist or other healthcare provider. Always seek medical care for health concerns, and never stop or change prescribed medication or treatment without speaking to your provider. See our Disclaimer for more.

We cannot and do not guarantee that you will become pregnant. Every body is different, and results vary. Client stories reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your results.

3. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. Payment plans, where offered, are charged on the schedule shown at checkout until the plan is complete. We use third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full card details.

4. Refunds and guarantees

Heal to Conceive System and VIP Experience: you are covered by a 30-day guarantee. If within 30 days you don’t feel like you finally understand what your body needs, email [email protected] and we will refund every penny. The guarantee applies to the VIP Experience as well.

One-on-one coaching: there is no money-back refund. The Show Up Guarantee means that if you show up to your sessions, do the work we map out together, and still feel stuck or lost at the end of your program, we keep coaching you for 4 more weeks at no extra cost.

Instant-access digital products, such as The TTC Reset: because you get access right away, all sales are final.

Fertility Audit: the Fertility Audit is not refundable.

5. Your account and the app

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. Use the same email you bought with to log in to the Fertility Coach Sophie app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Our content, including videos, courses, worksheets, audio, photos, logos and written material, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial fertility journey. You may not copy, resell, share access, record without permission, or publish our materials, including on social media or in other programs.

7. Community conduct

In our community, group calls, and direct messages, please be kind and respectful. Do not share other members’ private information, harass anyone, sell products, or post content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading. We may remove content or members who break these rules.

8. Messages and communications

By giving us your email or mobile number, you agree that we may contact you about your purchases, programs and, where you have opted in, our newsletters and offers. For text messages, see our SMS Terms and Conditions. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in them.

9. Third-party links and tools

Our site and programs link to third-party services such as YouTube, Kajabi, booking tools and app stores. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any court of competent jurisdiction in Canada has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern.
