What are you talking about? I eat healthy, I exercise, I don't have much stress. What are you talking about? All I need to do is get off birth control and poof, I'll be pregnant.
But sis, that wasn't my story. And I know for many of you, it's not your story either. Today we are gonna talk about the three most important things that you need to focus on in order to get pregnant fast. And this isn't about taking more supplements or ovulation tracking. It's about the stuff that nobody tells you about.

Hi, I'm Sophie Byfield and when I decided I was ready to be a mama, I thought it would be so easy. Get off birth control. Baby dance, like no one's watching. And poof, I was pregnant. But like many of you, that wasn't my story. After months of negative tests, endless treatments, and more supplements than you can count, I realized that getting pregnant isn't about fixing one piece of your fertility puzzle. It's about bringing your whole body. Back into balance so it feels safe enough to conceive. And this is where we focus on what really matters. I get dms all the time about I'm doing this, this, this, and this. I've been trying for this long and it's still not working. I don't know what to do next, and most of the trying to conceive advice out there isn't unique. It is very generalized and it focuses on ovulation only. There's so much more happening within your body.
Many of us feel like our body is built to reproduce, but that's not our body's main focus. Our body's main focus is to keep us alive and protect us from danger. And when your body is outta balance or outta whack, it sees that as dangerous and being pregnant, it ain't safe to do that right now because things are outta whack.
And so there are three main pieces that we need to focus on healing and make sure they're in balance in order to get [00:02:00] pregnant and carry to term. Those pieces are what am I ovulating and what's my egg quality? Can I implant and can I carry to term? A lot of the trying to conceive advice focuses on ovulation and egg quality.
Which for a lot of the population allows them to get pregnant. But if you've been tracking timing, uh, peeing on sticks, doing all the things, and you're still not getting pregnant, then it's time to step into the other two pieces. Before we dive into the other two, let's focus on ovulation for a minute. To help our sisters that ain't dropping that egg and ovulation and making sure you're releasing a mature healthy egg are the most important piece of the puzzle.
If you ain't dropping an egg, sis, you ain't getting pregnant. So confirming ovulation with A BBT monitor, as [00:03:00] well as maybe checking your progesterone on seven days, DPO can let you know that you confirmed and dropped the egg, but we wanna make sure it's also healthy and a good quality. And this is my whole video on egg quality, but the long and short of it is you wanna make sure that the egg has enough energy in the cells to multiply, multiply, and turn into the embryo.
The supplement that helps the most with that is either ubiquinol or coq 10. Now, if you are not ovulating, this is your missing piece and this is where you focus. Inside the heel to conceive system when you are not ovulating. We have full two modules on how to get you to ovulate and then how to improve your egg quality.
I also teach you how to read your charts to make sure you are good to go, and when it's [00:04:00] time to move to the next step. You see, if you ain't mastered this step. We could be here for a minute. This is the most important stuff in getting pregnant. So if I haven't said it once, I gotta say it again. If you a drop in no egg, you are not getting pregnant.
Now, for my girlies that have irregular cycles, I'm gonna teach you how to track so that you can see your LH surge, and then confirm that you actually dropped an egg. Without all the headache, the overwhelm, and the stress. So if this is your missing piece and you wanna come into the tribe, you're gonna focus on define it and restore it.
But like I said, there's two more pieces to the puzzle. And the next one is, is your uterine environment healthy enough for implantation? Sis, this is something that people do not talk about enough. Man, [00:05:00] I wish I knew about the health of my uterine environment way before I started trying to conceive things like spotting PMS symptoms, short luteal phases, stress, anxiety, inflammation, fibroids, polyps.
These all affect your uterine environment. Your thyroid even affects your uterine environment. And if your uterine environment is not healthy enough to support an embryo. It may not implant and it may not allow you to carry to term and inside the heel to conceive system. This is where we deep dive on your uterine environment because I have found that a lot of the clients that I work with, they're tracking.
They know that they are tracking cysts, they are timing the baby dance at the right time, but their health of their uterine environment is really impacting their ability to conceive. So this is exactly, we have a [00:06:00] whole module and system actually dedicated to help you narrow down which part of your uterine environment is impacting your ability to conceive.
We are looking at things like stress, inflammation, sleep, diet, exercise, movement, all of it to make sure that your uterine environment is as healthy as possible. I want you to think of it like this. We're going on a road trip, all right? We've planned it. We've packed, we've got all the tools we need.
Everything is in our suitcases that we could ever need. We were in detail. We were talking to Chad, GPT. We are good to go on our trip, but you see, we get in the car and we didn't do an oil change or any maintenance before we decided to go on this 10 day road trip. And so we start going down this road trip and our car breaks down.
Our car breaks down. We cannot get [00:07:00] to our final destination because our car is not healthy enough to take us there. That is the same thing with the uterine environment. You see when you're ovulating and you're taking all the supplements, that's the same as having your checklist of everything to pack, to go on your grocery or to go on your trip.
Then when this fertilized egg is ready to go and starts burring down into the uterine environment and it's not healthy, and it breaks down the same thing as your car breaking down, we can't get to the destination without the healthiest environment possible. So my question becomes for you, what are you doing to make sure your uterine environment is the healthiest environment possible to bring your baby home?
Let's move into the third and final piece. That is carrying a term. Like I said, we are on our journey. We are on our way to vacation. We're excited for our road trip. We've got our [00:08:00] nineties playlist. We're ready to go. Snacks are packed. The car, we went and we worked on our maintenance. We went to the garage.
We are all good. Now it's time to make it all the way to the destination, which is gonna take us about, mm, let's say nine months, give or take. Your nervous system has so much to do with your ability to carry to term, and I don't think we talk about that enough. Your body needs to feel safe so all the pieces can come together, and when it doesn't, it literally blocks our blessing.
So what does that look like? Well, that is hormonal safety, emotional safety, and physical safety. You may see this in your body as being stressed out, as being burnt out as over exercising, undereating, not taking enough rest, a disconnection [00:09:00] from your body. It may feel like a feeling of hopelessness or dread.
All of that emotion and feeling is carried in your body until you release it from your body. And this is exactly what we talk about inside the alignment module, and it's all about taking care of your nervous system, your emotional health, so that your body feels safe enough to carry the term. Because this isn't just about sperm meeting egg.
It's about building a safe enough body that it's ready to bring your baby home. It's ready to carry to term. So here are your three steps to getting pregnant fast. Number one, confirm ovulation. Are you seeing a nice LH surge? Are you seeing BBT rises? If not, focus on your ovulation to get it [00:10:00] as healthy and strong as possible.
And again, jump inside our egg quality video to make sure that you have a nice healthy egg when you do ovulate. Number two, what is going on with your implantation? Is your uterine environment healthy? We're looking at inflammation, our thyroid, we are looking at progesterone. We're doing an ultrasound to see our.
Lining, is it triple layer thick? You can jump into this video right here where we're talking about implantation and your uterine lining, and then the last one is all about caring to term, and this is where we're looking at, am I burnt out? Do I need rest? What is going on with my emotional and physical safety?
Do I need to bring my stress levels down? What's happening with my mind body connection? How do I make my body feel safe to bring my baby home? You [00:11:00] might be thinking, why the hell do I need to do all this? Why can't I just get off birth control and get pregnant? Why does all this stuff matter? I feel you.
I honestly do. I understand. I've been there. My sister got pregnant really easily. On her first track, but that wasn't my story. That wasn't my story. And I get so many questions about I'm doing everything. What do I do next? These are your three steps.
